These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aditor website and your purchase of any products listed on it. Aditor reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change product prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Orders & Payment

• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
• Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation via phone or WhatsApp.
• Aditor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, in which case you will be notified promptly.
• By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location (typically 3–7 business days).
• Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.
• Aditor is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging.
• Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product images, text, and design — is the exclusive property of Aditor and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use another person's account or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
